Susan Schacht - Chief of Operations (CO)
As CO at PRS, Susan is responsible for hiring, training, and managing the workforce with an emphasis on the Project Management team. Susan has worked in telecommunications management since 1995 - initially as a project manager (PM), then as the Director of Human Resources at a telecom firm, and finally as a self-employed telecom project manager - contracting her expertise out to other companies in the field. Susan graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from Northwestern University in Evanston, IL in 1989.

Michael Rooney - Director of Sales
Mike is responsible for the Sales and Marketing units of the company. Beginning in 1996, Mike was Director of National Accounts for the U.S. and Canada for an international telecommunications and data services company. In 1991 Mike launched Diamond Technologies, an ergonomic products distributor and space management consultancy. Mike earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Eastern Illinois University in Charleston, Illinois in 1987.

Iven Rosheim - Chief of Finance & Technology (CFO & CTO)
Iven has worked in various fields of technology since 1989. He began his career as an officer in the United States Air Force - completing 6 years of service. He left the Air Force in 1995 as a flight commander with the 91st Space Wing. After developing currency & bond trading software for a year, he became a network administrator at a tech firm, and the CTO at a telecommunications company. Iven co-founded an internet start-up and a local Chicago IT consultancy. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the United States Air Force Academy, and holds an MBA in Financial Management from City University.
